TRUSTHALE PRIVATE LIMITED · TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions
The terms for using TrustHale’s company website and understanding future programme information.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Company and scope
This website is operated by TrustHale Private Limited, CIN U86900PB2025PTC065924, based at Sirhind, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab, India 140406. Contact: [email protected]. These terms apply to general website use. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer and Refund Policy.
2. Educational services
Our work concerns paid educational programmes, learning tools and associated programme support. Website information is general education and company information, not medical advice or a promise of a particular health outcome. The Medical Disclaimer explains these boundaries and forms part of these terms.
3. Future offers and pre-launch purchases
General descriptions on this website are not a checkout or an offer to sell a particular programme. Before any purchase, the relevant sales and checkout pages will state the programme content, price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, payment terms, access period, delivery format, support scope, expected delivery dates and refund conditions.
A pre-launch offer must identify what is available immediately, what will be delivered later and the planned schedule. Do not assume immediate access to undelivered materials or tools. Programme-specific terms apply to that purchase in addition to these terms. Nothing removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
The website and programmes are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or misuse contact channels. Provide accurate information when requesting support or making a purchase.
5. AI and support limitations
AI features, if included in a paid programme, are limited to the educational purpose described for that feature. Outputs may contain errors and require verification. They must not be used for diagnosis, treatment selection or emergencies. Implementation support is educational unless an expressly described service and qualified professional establish a different lawful arrangement.
6. Intellectual property
TrustHale or its licensors own the website design, branding and original content, subject to third-party rights. You may read and use general website content for your own lawful personal reference. You may not commercially reproduce, sell, redistribute, impersonate or falsely attribute our content without permission. Any purchased licence and permitted course use will be described in the relevant programme terms. Rights and exceptions provided by applicable law remain available.
7. Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep information useful and accurate but may correct errors, update content or suspend website access for maintenance or security. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of every claim or create a guarantee of availability.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
Use general educational information with appropriate professional guidance. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website, reliance on information outside its stated educational purpose, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Contact us first at [email protected] with a clear description of your concern and any relevant order reference. Do not include medical records. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in a competent forum available under the law that applies to you. We do not require you to waive those rights.
10. Updates
We may update these website terms as services develop. The date above shows the latest version. Changes will not retrospectively remove agreed purchase rights; material changes to an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
